Mr. Black is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers Boston. A perennial member of the Colliers Everest Club, Mr. Black is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout the United States and leads the top producing Debt & Equity team within Colliers Capital Markets. In 2020, Mr. Black was appointed as Debt & Equity Lead to the U.S. Capital Markets Board of Advisors. Colliers Debt & Equity is comprised of more than 55 producers in 17 major MSAs with more than $10.5 billion of closed debt and equity placements in 2021.
